Hi, I'm Jonathan Frazin. I took a winding path to get here. I studied art education in college, and even though I ended up in a completely different field, I never lost the itch to create things. Whether that's building a business, solving a problem, or tinkering with electronics.

I landed in staffing almost by accident and stayed because I was good at it. I spent several years as a recruiter learning the craft of matching the right person to the right role, then moved into account executive work where I handled both sides — building client relationships and filling their teams. After a decade in L&D staffing, I knew the industry well enough to do it on my own terms.

Throughline Talent is the result. I started this company because I believe staffing works best when you're working directly with someone who knows your needs, knows the talent market, and picks up the phone when you call. No handoffs, no runaround.

When I'm not working, I'm usually building something — 3D printing, writing code for fun, or spending time with my family.
